mp_hostages_spawn_farthest<0 / 1>
When turned on, this option causes hostages to appear at the most distant spawn point. Default value is 0 (disabled).
When this is set to 1 (default for all modes except Danger Zone) only counter-terrorists are allowed to rescue hostages; set to 0 to allow any player to rescue hostages.
