Controls whether the heavy assault suit is permitted on the server.
If this command is disabled (0) weapons will remain on the ground when the match begins. It is enabled by default (1), which causes weapons to be removed from the floor at match start.

Set this to 0 to leave weapons on the map ground when the match starts. Set it to 1 to remove all weapons from the floor at match start (default).
