mp_use_respawn_waves<0 / 1>

This command configures whether respawns occur in waves in deathmatch and similar modes where players respawn. The default is 0 (disabled). With waves, dead players are respawned every x seconds (for example every 10 seconds all dead players are brought back instead of shortly after each death).
