cl_mouselook<0 / 1>
This console command determines your in-game looking method and can be set to mouse (default) or keyboard.
Changes the key that enables mouse selection while the scoreboard is open. It defaults to +attack2 (usually right-click) and permits clicking on player names when the scoreboard is displayed.
