cl_scoreboard_mouse_enable_binding<Bind Key>
Changes the key that enables mouse selection while the scoreboard is open. It defaults to +attack2 (usually right-click) and permits clicking on player names when the scoreboard is displayed.
This console command determines your in-game looking method and can be set to mouse (default) or keyboard.

Use 1 to enable mouse look and 0 to enable keyboard look. The default is 1. It cannot be changed while connected to a server, so change it from the main menu.
