The duration, in seconds, between respawn waves.
10This command sets the frequency, in seconds, of "respawn waves" for terrorist players. "Respawn waves" revive all dead players; for example, at 10 seconds every 10 seconds any dead terrorists will be respawned. Requires mp_respawn_on_death_t to be set to 1.
