cl_hud_background_alpha Command

This console command changes the transparency of certain HUD (heads up display) elements on your screen, for example the shaded box behind your money amount on the left.

Command Arguments

These are the parameters cl_hud_background_alpha uses. Required arguments must be provided for the command to work.

<Alpha Value>

NumberRequired

A number from 0 to 1. The default is 0.5. Increase it to make HUD shading more visible and decrease it to reduce shading visibility.

Default: 0.5
