This console setting controls whether a crosshair is shown while spectating or observing players.
This cheat sets whether being damaged or receiving an aimpunch makes your crosshair jitter and shift to show the effect.
These are the parameters cl_crosshair_recoil uses when it is ran. Required arguments must be provided.
